Role of the ICT advisor

In general terms the ICT Advisor's role in providing an ICT Advisory service in the West Cork Education Centre includes the following:

• Providing local schools with a range of ICT advice and support
• Helping schools with ICT planning, integration and with internet safety planning.
• Organising and running an appropriate suite of ICT courses to suit local needs.
• Providing the NCTE with the necessary returns, reports and feedback on a range of ICT activities and actions.
